- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with
brand goals
- Edit short-form videos that capture attention and drive
engagement
- Write creative and compelling captions
- Monitor TikTok trends and apply them to content planning
- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets quality
standards
- Create reports for regular updates
on content performance
- Required age is between 25-35years old
- Hold min. Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related major from reputable university
- Experience in similar position min.1 year
- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts
(personal or business)
- Proficient in video editing for TikTok
using apps or software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills, especially in
writing fun, on-brand captions
- Able to work independently and meet tight
deadlines
- Creative, up-to-date with TikTok trends,
and detail-oriented
- Has solid communication skill in English
(Proficiency in Chinese language is an advantage)
