  • Passionate about the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry

Job Description

  • Leading project development and operational purchasing needs
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies while forecasting market trends and mitigating risks
  • Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance on quality, price, and timeliness
  • Track key metrics to reduce expenses, manage budgets, and control costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to monitor inventory, forecast supply needs, and analyze demand patterns
  • Review purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment
