Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Human Resource Management, or related fields
At least 7 years of experience in industrial relations with a strong understanding of labor regulations and industrial relations
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility in coordinating with relevant parties
Job Description
Design and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals
Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable labor regulations and laws
Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding changes in labor regulations affecting company operations
Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to remain aligned with the latest labor regulations
Professionally handle and resolve labor conflicts or disputes, both between employees and between employees and management, to maintain a harmonious work environment
Conduct employee counseling, issue warnings, or take disciplinary actions according to company policies while ensuring compliance with company regulations
