  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial relations with a strong understanding of labor regulations and industrial relations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility in coordinating with relevant parties
  • Job Description

  • Design and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable labor regulations and laws
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding changes in labor regulations affecting company operations
  • Develop, update, and monitor the implementation of company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to remain aligned with the latest labor regulations
  • Professionally handle and resolve labor conflicts or disputes, both between employees and between employees and management, to maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Conduct employee counseling, issue warnings, or take disciplinary actions according to company policies while ensuring compliance with company regulations
