Qualification

  • Preferably a person with strong physical ability
  • Hold min. Diploma Degree in any major from reputable university (preferably from hospitality/marketing/PR)
  • Having experience in MICE industry will be an advantage (still, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply)
  • Able to demonstrate capability to work in team and/or independently
  • Highly responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Communicative and persuasive
  • Excellent communication skill in English (verbal and written)
  • Hardworking, simple, and good in social skill

Job Description

1. Serve as the first point of contact to assist with client's needs and inquiries

2. Assist in managing client event needs, including but not limited to arranging meeting rooms and setting up areas based on client's needs

3. Ensure venue services and facilities meet best quality

4. Coordinate with the related operations team to support client requirements

5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

6. Address client complaints promptly and responsively also actively looking for best possible solutions
